There are three bedrooms, all non-smoking, each individually furnished and decorated.  All have private shower room and WC en-suite, tea- and coffee-making facilities and television.

Please note that bedrooms are on the second and third floors.

Prices are per room, per night and include breakfast and all taxes.

PARKING
There is one private off-street parking space usually available, at a cost of £4.00 per day. We also have vouchers for parking in Albion Street, which entitle you to park on-street (which is otherwise pay-and-display) on your day of arrival through to 10am the following day. Longer periods can be arranged.

BREAKFAST
We provide a Continental breakfast, or a full English breakfast cooked to order.  Our eggs are from free-ranging hens, our Lincolnshire sausages are made with pork and sage, we have wholewheat or white bread.  Nothing is fried, unless you request fried eggs.  There is always a selection of low-fat yoghurts, fresh fruit, chilled orange and grapefruit juices, Seville orange marmalade, jams and honey - and salt-free English butter.  Vegetarian and lactic-free diets are catered for.  Filter coffee is served with hot milk, or there is a choice of Earl Grey or Ceylon teas with milk or lemon.  Decaffeinated coffee or herbal teas are available on request.

No genetically modified ingredients are used in anything on our menu.

RESTAURANTS & PUBS
There are many excellent restaurants and pubs in Lewes, all within walking distance of the Berkeley House.  We will be very pleased to make recommendations.

SMOKING
Smoking is permitted outside  on the roof terrace but nowhere else in the building.
